Vitamin B Complex extract
Vitamin B complex is the group of B vitamins that we get from food. The best assimilated form of B vitamins we get are from natural sources. There are synthetic sources of these vitamins but as always, the bio availability of natural food complex B vitamins is better than that of isolated USP vitamins.
